On September 12th, we will be delivering two tours of Sandal Castle – times to be confirmed – which will cover the history of the castle and the Battle of Wakefield, which will incorporate some of the latest research that is happening around this event.
The tours are free as they are part of WMDC Heritage weekend.
Places can be booked via the staff at Pontefract Castle.
